Mott MacDonald has a 5 year partnering contract with
Carmarthenshire County Council’s technical services department
which act as a hub for undertaking all capital investment work for
the internal client departments - including housing and social
care, education and life long learning, regeneration and corporate
property.
The Council has publicly acknowledged the success of the
partnership which has generated substantial efficiencies in
procurement and has successfully delivered over 150 projects over a
5 year period. The partnership has also been successful in
obtaining external funding for large scale projects, as well as
providing the Council with robust Project and Programme Management
advice and skills which have assisted the Council set up and
deliver their long term capital investment projects in Housing and
Education.
